$2400 per month includes all utilities, high speed internet, lawn care and driveway plowing, all the bed and bath linens, a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances.  

This home has a heat pump for summer cooling of the main home and the bedrooms have window AC units. 

Additional costs include a $1500 security deposit; $200 cleaning fee for post check out cleaning.
