Workstaynplay offers mid term professonal rental homes in Maine and a waterfront Vacation rental on Marco Island in Florida
Our mid term rentals are perfect for those traveling to the greater Bangor/Brewer Maine area to attend an in state higher education facility; for a corporate rental or temporary work assignment; or for those in the process of relocating to the area. Our mid term rentals are for a 3 to 6 month duration with an opportunity to extend up to 1 year.
We have three single family rental homes. These homes are located in Bangor and Brewer Maine. They range in price from $2400 - $2600 per month, plus deposit, cleaning and pet fees if applicable.. All the homes come fully furnished including in home laundry. All utilities are included with the monthly rental price. We supply all the bed and bath linens. Our kitchens have full size appliances and come fully equipped. Mowing, landscape upkeep, and driveway plowing are also included. Just bring your clothes, food and personal necessities and move in. Stays must be at least 90 days.
Our Vacation home is located on Marco Island in Florida and is strictly a vacation rental in season Oct 1-May 15. Prices are per night and range from $270-495 depending on time of year. We will allow mid term rentals during the off season from May 15 - September 30. Mid term rates are $4000 per month. Monthly rate includes 11% sales and tourism tax, and *one cleaning per month during stay and the post stay cleaning. A 60 day minimum stay is required for this rate.
*If monthly or post cleaning costs exceed $200 the tenant will be responsible for any amount over that cost.
