Are you traveling to attend and in state higher education facility; for a temporary work assignment; looking for a corporate rental; or in the process of relocating to the area and need temporary furnished housing; do you need a long term furnished rental? Look no further - Workstaynplay is a property management company located in Bangor Maine.
We have six single family rental homes. Five of these homes are located in Bangor and Brewer Maine. Our Maine homes are strictly professional rentals. They range in price from $2400 - $3000 per month. All the homes come fully furnished including in home laundry. We pay all utilities. We supply all the bed and bath linens. Our kitchens have full size appliances and come fully equipped. Mowing, landscape upkeep, and driveway plowing are also included. Just bring your clothes, food and personal necessities and move in. Stays must be at least 30 days.
Midterm rentals 30 to 180 days require a $1500 Security Deposit. Long term 6 months to 1 year with renewable 6 month terms requires a $2400 security deposit.
Our sixth home is located in Marco Island Florida and is strictly a vacation rental. Prices are per night and range from $250-475 depending on time of year.

Midterm rental stays must be at least 30 days, but ideally range from 90 days to 6 months, with the possibility of renewing month-to-month for up to one year. Properties are heated, all utilities and high speed internet are included. Landlord plows driveway and maintains lawn and landscaping.
++Mid term rental $1500 Security Deposit and $200 Cleaning Fee.
Long Term rental stays must be a least 6 months with 6 months renewable options up to 24 months.
+++Long term furnished rental $2400 security deposit.
*Subject to 6% Florida Sales tax and 5% Collier County Tourism Tax - $1000 Security Deposit, $235 Cleaning/Administrative Fee
$100 non refundable pet fee per pet if applicable applies to all Maine rentals. Pets are NOT allowed at the Florida Vacation Home.
We accept Cash, Checks and Money orders and offer direct payment via ACH at no charge.
